Every part of our lives is rife with stories, but something about “the ex- factor” always hits a nerve—painful, laughable, heartbreaking, and sometimes, an audible sigh of relief. One thing it seems all our stories about our “exes” have in common is their richness. For this generative writing workshop, we’re going to dip our fingers into that messy richness and spread it all over our pages.
