Sweet and tender, wild and passionate, bitter and reeking of revenge, love stories of all kinds are what we love. In this three-hour workshop, we’ll work with the language of love—sensuous and sexy or suggestive and sly. We’ll read a few short love stories and scenes from longer ones, and try our hand at writing our own. Exercises in wordplay and tips on how to write a sex scene without using four-letter words will be part of our afternoon, which will include lots of laughter and the spontaneity that comes when writing in a group.
