In the all-day session of our Saturday Writing Retreats and Workshops our interpretation of erotic implies an aesthetic that pleases the mind and incidentally stimulates the body. Join a friendly group of writers in a safe, non-threatening environment to play with words delicious, create a banquet of delights, pen an erotic valentine, a steamy letter, a seductive poem.

In this workshop, we'll explore aspects of narrative choices such as form and genre, plot structure, point of view, narrative time and psychic distance, and a few others along the way. We'll review examples from published work and try our hand at various techniques through writing exercises. This workshop is for writers who have works in progress but want to learn more about narrative structure and for those who want to dip a toe in narrative possibilities.

Since time began we have gone to the water for healing and rejuvenation and water is one of the elements we hold sacred. We gaze to the sea for inspiration, rivers calm us provide waterways on which to travel, lakes provide solace. Join a warm community of writers for a day of delving into the deep.
