Love is everything, or it is nothing. Love is joyous, and it is heartbreaking, a bittersweet mingling of happiness and sorrow. Love is bewildering; it opens wide our eyes and it blinds us. We are powerless to resist love; when it beckons, we must surrender. Through the eyes of love, all is transformed into beauty and grace. Sometimes we are fools for love. Literature, art, and song celebrate and bemoan love; it is the stuff of myth and legend. And when we are in love it is as if we have transcended self. Come write about love and lovers in this pre-Valentine’s Day retreat.
